Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope and Provider

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop coryve.de. The provider is:

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by an order confirmation via email or by delivery of the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include the statutory VAT. Shipping costs may apply, which will be separately indicated during the ordering process.

§ 4 Payment

The payment methods offered in the shop will be displayed to you during the ordering process. Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provide. Since these are custom-made products, the processing and delivery times stated on the "Shipping & Delivery Time" page apply.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal and Exclusion for Personalized Goods

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). Since our word clouds are made individually according to your specifications, the right of withdrawal is excluded for these products.

§ 8 Instructions on Withdrawal (for non-personalized goods)

Where a right of withdrawal exists, the following applies: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jens Flammiger, Regulshausener Straße 4, 55743 Idar-Oberstein, kontakt@coryve.de) by means of a clear statement of your decision. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days.

§ 9 Liability for Defects

The statutory liability for defects applies. In case of print or transport damage, please contact us with a photo – we will provide a replacement or another fair solution.

§ 10 Liability

We are liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence, in accordance with the statutory provisions. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages under the contract.

§ 11 Dispute Resolution

EU platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 12 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
