How do I personalize my poster?

You choose a design and tell us your words – names, nicknames, club, special moments. We then create your individual artwork from this. You can find a step-by-step explanation under "How your word cloud is created."

How many words can I provide?

The more words, the richer the silhouette will be. We recommend between 20 and 80 words for a balanced, high-quality result.

What sizes and materials are available?

Our posters are available in several sizes (e.g., 30x40, 50x70, and 61x91 cm), as a matte premium poster, framed, or as a canvas. You can find the available options directly on the product page.

How long do production and delivery take?

Since each piece is individually crafted, processing time is approx. 3–5 business days, plus shipping time (within Germany approx. 4–6 business days). You can find details under "Shipping & Delivery Time."

Do I get a preview beforehand?

Upon request, we will send you a digital preview before printing, so that your unique piece perfectly matches your expectations.

Can I return personalized products?

Since these are individually customized unique items, returns are legally restricted. In case of printing errors or transport damage, we will naturally find a solution. More information can be found under "Returns & Cancellations."
